The US Inherent Constitutional Building Codes (ICB Code)

US States are deprived of  this fundamental law, costing more than just lives but also a way of life guaranteed to them, for within the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights is the Inherent Constitutional Building Code, not yet realized.

There is a difference between a natural disasters and a natural weather phenomenon, primarily a manmade structure or human interaction in the natural environment. Furthermore, is it a natural disaster when the ecological disaster is human rubble? Much has been lost without the ICB Code, and it's relation to the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights originated with these words:

INDIVIDUALISM, of a State and it's citizens are in constant threat from Federal Jurisdiction, Marshal Law with extreme weather, or when a factory/corporation’s operations pose a threat with or without a natural disaster. Sovereignty of a state it's counties and cities therein will never come to fruition as long as building codes promote disasters, decay, death, discord and distrust. As states loos their Sovereign Rights to Individualism when they request aid from the Federal Government which is illegal. 

LIFE & LIBERTY, is equal to saying Free Will, better known as metaphysics. This cannot be if everything you achieve in this world can be wiped off the face of the Earth because one’s home is no longer a shelter, and your Sovereignty as a state, county, city or person is stripped because the need for Federal Aid and FEMA to recover from inadequate building codes.

PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS vanishes quickly in places like Tornado Alley and costal regains with no code reform in sight after over 200 years of Natural Disaster History. How can we have "Pursuit of Happiness" if per-say Dow Chemicals, Round-up or GMO's poisons the air, water, and soil we derive our happiness from?

PROPERTY of every nature is jeopardized with the current state of affairs, case in point, Polar Vortex, New Jersey, Philippines, Haiti, and Tornado Alley to stare with. Even the existence of nuclear power plant strips us of these Rights. (Look to Fukushima nuclear power plants for the truth to this) And what I stated above applies here as well, "If per-say Dow Chemicals, Round-up or GMO's poisons the air, water, and soil" that is our physical property is this not a infringement, also going against the Declaration of Independence

When asking “What does the government owe to society?” Sharswood* put it best in saying, “The impartial administration of equal & just laws, which insure the security of life, liberty, and property.”

The ICB Code is advantageous to the sustainability of this country and its future generations. Once recognized the Natural Disaster Environmental History Code (NDEH Code) can also be implemented at some point.**

Scientists: Global Warming ‘Very Likely’ Caused Recent Extreme Weather Disasters: Extreme weather events over the past decade have increased and we're “very likely” caused by manmade global warming, a study in the journal Nature Climate Change said on Sunday. “Scientists at Germany’s Potsdam Institute for Climate Research used physics, statistical analysis and computer simulations to link extreme rainfall and heat waves to global warming,” Furthermore, since Fukushima in 2011 tornadoes and surveyor weather throw out the U.S. has been booted 10 fold in the since of severity, deration, death toll, cost, even "Never seen before" in said region.....

Where is your Sovereignty?

Here we are once again, looking at the newest round of Natural Disasters that shouldn’t have been disasters to begin with as they are a Natural Weather Phenomenon. Yet we humanize the weather phenomenon by naming it Hurricane Harvey, Irma, or Jose, while dehumanizing the communities hit. By speaking more about the danger, the view of the scene, the unrest and the action of the community after weeks of unanswered questions, awaiting help and answers to when ether will come, we lose sight of the real issue, which is the suffering of the people at the hands of their leaders to protect them or build sustainable. Then there is the genocide of whole communities due to inadequate building codes, while being told we should considered ourselves lucky when our whole community is displaced. Time and time again we see this cycle of disaster, “Destruction, devastation, delay, decay, denial, discord, and death.” I have coined these “The 7 D’s of Inadequate Building Codes.” Once again our states (countries) must surrender their sovereignty in order to receive aid they already paid the Federal Government (UN) to receive (via Federal Tax, UN Membership Fees)

I feel I am at a loss, so much to say, so much already said, so much outrage, feeling so helpless to make people listen. How many ways can one say “Building codes reform” is a must. That all the “Bio Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Permaculture Intervention, Green Buildings, Wind Generators, Solar Arrays, and Hydro Generators” will be all for nothing if we do not confront “Building Code Reform” worldwide.

When asking; How can bio-engineers work to heal our world if they are always working to solve the newest disaster and not continuing their studies on earth recovery? What use is studding the environment and environmental engineering just to watch it become extinct? Where can the Permaculturist plant if the seeds, air, soil, and water are unsafe due to contaminants and what is not contaminated they must pay for? How can we call a building “Green” for our communities if it can still succumbs to nature’s natural flow and become a bio hazard to the surrounding environment? What of the wind generators kill rate to our bird life, or the carnage it will leave after a tornado or earthquake if they fall or the blades brake free?  And are we really ready for tornados filled with fine shards of glass and mirrors? Is it not bad enough that 1000s of birds and insects die flying over the solar arrays or that we are supper heating the atmosphere with them? Hydro Generators are by far the best solution of this list yet can’t they too pose a threat to our environment as they can be affected by hurricanes, water spouts, and what of their affects on ocean wildlife and their migration patterns?, we can see all of these are quick fixes’ for long term issues, none address the long term global issues of “Destruction, devastation, delay, decay, denial, discord, and death” do to inadequate building code worldwide, yet all are related to and fall under present day and future building codes.

When breaking down the “Effects of Inadequate Building Codes” we can see;

On average,

1. 50,000 (up to 300,000+) killed per yr
2. 150,000 (up to 900,000+) are displaced per yr
3. 1 Trillion (up to 700 Trillion) in damages per yr
4. 500 Billion CY (up to 500 Trillion CY) of waste per yr
5. 39 to 40% of all Emissions in the world (This is only new construction & does not reflect emission from recovery, cleanup, and rebuilding of a community)
6. 100,000 killed (up to 500,000) from drought when they live in monsoon regions
7. Building to resist nature’s natural flow causes the worst strain on our natural resources because natural disasters pollute the environment as well as the cost of new building material like steel, cement, and wood to rebuild.

 According to “Berkeley Lab’s” Buildings in the U.S. today consume, * (Globally the numbers are higher)

           h.  72 percent of electricity produced

9. 55 percent of U.S. natural gas use
10. Around 40 percent of total U.S. Energy consumption (costing $350+ billion per year)
11. Around 40 percent of total U.S. Greenhouse gas emissions
12. That reducing the GHG emissions associated with buildings is essential to reducing overall U.S. emissions

How does “Bio Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Permaculture Intervention, Green Buildings, Wind Generators, Solar Arrays, and Hydro Generators” prevent and protect us from these incurred cost of/to Life, Land, Liberty, Sovereignty, Prosperity, as well as Our Natural Resources?

While reviewing said numbers, consider the last 30 days and the total cost to the People for the “Build Up, Board-up, Tear-down, Rebuild” endless cycle of the broken record mentality of modern day “Building Codes.” We must stop building to resist nature and its natural flow. With building codes emphasizing on Resistance Rating for all structural designs, building material and not a Flow Rating we only build to be in conflict and war with nature, hence we see only the 7 Ds, “Destruction, devastation, delay, decay, denial, discord, and death.”

Then there is the matter of weather forecasters, reporters, first responders, and insurance underwriters seeing firsthand the 7 Ds and not coming forward to demanded complete building code reform. To think our leaders would have us go to war for much less (look to the Iraq war), saddens this writer. If that’s not bad enough, no one has come forward to address the fact that every since Fukushima in 2011, unnatural severe weather phenomenon’s have increased and new records have been set, starting that year with 2011’s tornado season in the US. With the radioactive waters now encompassing the equator we see ocean temperatures off the charts, record die off of aquatic life, an increase of predator attacks in open waters, as well as a increase of tornados in areas not normally subject to this threat due in part to the off shore temperatures being drastically above normal, and then there is our current hurricane season that will sent the world record through the roof. Furthermore, we are not taking into account the effects of solar weather has on our global weather. It was made very clear to us with Hurricane Sandy making landfall simultaneously as a solar flare (Measuring to high to be recorded and appearing as a white splotch in the center of a rainbow on HAM Radio sites) hit over the exact location, hence being coined “Franken Storm” and whipped out New Jersey and the CDC’s Plum Island. It would seem we humans are inclined to take things apart and study them yet we lack the ability to sum them up as a whole and see them for what they are when we are done dissecting them.

Now let us consider a future with Building Code Reform in place, a future where home that are not built to flow with nature have disaster shelter in their back yard like the Liphe Podd Systems stage one shelter so no longer do folk die from trying to evacuate, drowning, or flying debris. Where new home and building construction demands that the structure is self sustaining in of itself, collecting its own water supply from dew and rain water, harnessing the sun and wind for electric power and heating and cooling. Where every structure built must have an atrium with an inner garden/yard to clean the gray and brown water produced by occupants.  Where nothing on the outside of the structure can be grabbed, pulled, or broke off. Building designed taking into account Nature Natural Designs, like eggs, nuts, shells, rocks, birds nest and so forth, and have a “Saddleback Foundation System” to gather flood water and protect from earthquakes. This future communities and their infrastructure would be truly sustainable.

 Where is his "Inherent Natural Rights to life, land, property, prosperity, and sovereignty????? The Declaration Of Independence and Constitution were Implied EPA and BUILDING CODES and Arch.E.S.D.T. is now known of in every country in the world for uncovering the TRUTH of the Architecture that should have been Amercia, how we were steered away, where it went wrong and how to right it... Equal and Unalienable Natural Rights means WHAT? And how does it pertains to the ICB & NDEH Codes
Let me open by saying, “The world, the land beneath our feet, cannot belong to any one person or corporation. How can we claim ownership to what we owe our living breath to, that we look to feed and nourish our body and soul, that does not need us to live, yet without our Planet and what if supplies we are nothing.” The Earth our Planet is by all rights the MOTHER of the Human Race.
As these words echo with in one’s mind, looking around, it seems as far as the eyes can see all whom were entrusted as Stewards of OUR beautiful planet we inhabit chose only to rape the land, poison the water, cut down the vegetation, and to needlessly kill the creatures & indigenous who’s only goal is to be obedient to the MOTHER (Earth) to please the FATHER/CREATOR. At the same time, the civilized society in the name of the FATHER/CREATOR, kill what was created & entrusted to us with our lives all in the name of the FATHER/CREATOR and Profit (In more ways than one). Each calls out a different NAME. Yet it always remains the same, death, decay, destruction, and disrespect of every living thing in their path, even one another. All in the Name of the Father/Creator one destroys every unique and beautiful thing that was created. Truly we cannot continue in this manner, wrath or no wrath, our lives hang in the balance. 

A LIFE'S MISSION 46 YEARS IN...

On this day a baby girl was born breach/dead to the armpits, yet Dr. oncall learn a way to save a child like me in Africa (where he just returned from), I lived, then told this child is 100% mentally Retarded, never learn to walk, read, and school/college was out of the question.. blind in one eye, taken out of school in 1st and put to work all while traveling to all the lower 48...nested on a MT, off grid, at 7, learning pastoral Construction till 17yrs (14yrs old 1/2 7th grade then 1/2 of 8th, 1/2 of 9th and 10th), where I was now on my own, so put myself in school and graduated, working construction (5'-5", 117lbs) became foreman by 18 1/2...Rod Busting Foreman by 26...20+ yrs in SSI... whet back to school SCC Spokane WA (3.2 GPA AAS Arch) and personal studies over the last 30 yrs in Constitutional Law, Constitutional History, Contract Law History, American History, & Case Law. Okay this is how it is suppose to be, Federal government and troops are only to write and uphold laws/legislation that PROTECTS A STATE'S SOVEREIGN RIGHTS from another State's actions, the State government is only to write and uphold laws/legislation that Protect a County's/Providence's sovereign rights from another County's/Providence's actions and County/Providence is only to write and hold laws/legislation that protect a city or town sovereign rights from another City's or Town's actions and finally a City/Town is only to write laws/legislation that protect the citizen's sovereign rights from another citizen's actions. So the local police are only to uphold and protect the citizen not the Ruling Party. Fracking, waste by products, oil rigs, synthetic drugs, square structures, all jeopardize your Sovereignty!

Looking to build in a EF-5 tornado area as to demonstrate true sustainable design of "Building to flow with nature not to resist it," by having 75 to 100% of the home intact after a EF-5.

Natural Disaster article: The true “World War” is against Nature | Recent Natural Disasters | Emergencies | Hazards | Calamities

I ask you “THE WORLD PEOPLE”, Will you Rebuild to LIVE or once again to Crumble and Decay?

At this juncture, this writer feels life is becoming too short, and worries if the message of life will reach the people of this world in time.

The extreme weather or lack thereof, around the globe has become relentless. We have severe droughts in over 50% of world, around 37% severe precipitation with rain, snow, or hail overwhelming the tributaries, and storms of all elements at an all time high, we need hero’s to step up.

As one reviews the so called “Weather Forecasting Channels”, you would think “Meteorologist” would be on the forefront of “Demanding Building Code Reform”. Meteorologist sees firsthand the devastation as a result of “Inadequate Building Codes.” We must ask “Why haven’t they made it a point to change this disconcerting outcome?” Where a person’s home is no longer a shelter, their natural rights of prosperity, property, and sovereignty swept away in one deadly swoop. Entire family tree whipped off the face of the earth and Meteorologist want to talk about the wind direction at the Cubs Baseball Game. Where is their Humanity? Meteorologist are more about looking good then saving lives. Looking good on camera, as a forecaster, as a hero that warns us/reminds us our lives are not our own, that is all a Meteorologist is for us. When our $350,000 new home is built of twigs, insurance companies, FEMA, UN, Red Cross, the National Guard and the Government have more Rights than we do when it comes to getting our lives back. Why do we fight to get back what we already had and should have never lost in the first place if our “Inherent Natural Rights” meant anything?

Meteorologist were at one time, folks that worked to protect our communities, now they only warn our communities, and walk through the aftermath time and time again, without a word of outrage.

This writer is not one to sit ideal and twiddle ones thumbs. Studying natures natural signs anyone can be an amateur Meteorologist, I have done this for over 30 years and I will tell you what I see;

 On average as of late, 150,000 (seen up to 300,000) killed a year and 300,000 (seen up to 900,000) are displaced due to inadequate structural designs and nature’s natural flow. Us as humans, it is hard to understand that things like tectonic plants shifting (Continental Expansion, coined by Stonewall Mary), volcanoes, tsunamis, tornados, hurricanes, typhoons, mudslides, wildfires, floods, drought and even solar flares are all part of natures natural flow on our plant. So we need to take this into account when we build. hence the “Natural Disaster Environmental History Codes (NDEH Code)” are being developed. And when  For when it comes to ones “Inherent Natural Rights” (to me our Inherent Unalienable Natural Rights, for only then is our Freewill intact), the “Inherent Constitutional Building Codes (ICB Code)” addresses how building codes should protect the water, land and air around us as well as the structures we live and work  in.

What I am proposing in the NDEH and ICB Codes would;

Reduce,

1.Insurance cost across the board, by reducing the vulnerability of our communities to natures natural flow.

2.The cost and the strain on our natural resources, with no more demand to “Board up, Tear down, Rebuild”, our natural resources that can replenish can (like trees) and those that can’t  (like cement) will not be nearly as in demand, where things such as plastics, uranium, coal and others will be deemed Unconstitutional for all “Endangers one Sovereign Rights to Life, Land, and Prosperity.”

3.Carbon emissions as a result of Construction, Demolition, Rescue and Rebuilding, which as of late accounts for almost 35% of world’s emissions (Mining/delivery/processing/distribution of iron, copper, aluminum, lime,  rock, sand, coal, rubber, cement, and wood included in these estimations’ for all are raw construction material)

4.Carbon emissions from “Building Operations” whereas structures today account for around 40% of carbon emissions, new structural code designs proposed would instead be self-sufficient in of themselves, most not needing outside power, water, or piped in air. (Note, car emission of just your average person to and from work around the world in less than 15% of all emissions so why are they on you and not on the real polluters? Money?)

5.Loss of life, famine, Drought, prolong illnesses due to the aftermath of weather phenomenon’s or lack thereof (Like flash floods in spring only to have drought later in the summer bringing famine, for with the “Saddleback” foundation in place, the flood water can be collected in manmade aquifer for later use in summer)

6.ECO disasters as a result of human intervention in a Nature Weather Occurrence, with all the manmade refuge that covers the land after a storm or natural weather phenomenon.

Eliminate,

1.The building of slums/projects for a community in decay is a community forgotten and not of a sustainable community design no matter where you find them in the world.

2.The “Throw-away” society created after WWII, whereas all non-accentual plastic products (accentual like ones needed to support life as in medical products not readily available made out of another materials) and packaging would be phased out, any that remains follows the three “R’s”, Recycle, Reuse, Return. Meaning all manmade products at end of use must be able ether to be recycled for new products needed, reusable like a jug that can be refilled or returned from which it came like raw waste into compost.

3.All uranium mining, processing, production, distribution and use of, as all jeopardizes our Inherent Natural Rights to life at every level.

4.Off shore drilling for any oil or gas, as drilling in open bodies of Public Waters endangers the Public safety and their right to future prosperity and their Inherent Natural Rights.

8.The complete eradication of entire bloodline off the face of the earth.

9.The FEMA, RED CROSS, Government intervention in our communities on a yearly bases.

10.Price gouging before, during and after disaster.

Establish,

1.Waste tax, where every Country, and its Providence/State, City/Town calculates the cost for the three “R’s”, This includes all packaging, batteries usage for the life of item, so on and so forth.

2.That all batteries must be rechargeable and recyclable.

3.Tax credits give to both privet citizen and business for every pound of recycling.

4.Bounty to be placed on ALL illegal dumping of any kind.

5.Bounty for any and all dumped waste found in the Natural Environment, water, land, air and space. Like the whirlpools of trash in the open water of the sea can be cordon-off and TAGS be issued for out of work fishermen to clean the trash out of the sea being paid for every pound brought ashore, well the out of work fish plants can sort through for distribution to proper disposal or recycling facility.

6.A payback system of public resources, and a percentage of profits to be given back to the community from which the resource came of 33% of all profit in future authorization of removal of public assists.

7.Indigenous People laws that put all National, State Park and Public lands in the hands of those that still follow the Law of “Stewardship”, so they may safeguard our future environment for generations to come.

8.A pay your tax at home shift in the tax codes, where you are encouraged to donate your tax for the year to non-profits, volunteer Fire Fighters, Animal Protection Society, extra, as to insure your communities future stability and growth and reduce the codependent corrupt/blackmailing Relationship between Government and State/Providence so the people may become self-sufficient in their own right and in their community, thereby in their sovereign right. .

9.A proper price index to eliminate price gouging, where price could not exceed the index price.

10.A World Wide Minimum Wage (WWMW) to insure all concerned receive a “Living Wage” (this would enclosed Government aid and Veterans benefit  checks to meet a living wage standard).

These are just the tip of the iceberg when considering some of the incompact of our “Inherent Natural Rights” and “Natural Law” will have on our way of life and to bring forth a “Truly Sustainable Future” for all. In closeting, it needs to be understood that as I sit here watching the weather forecasting channels once again I find myself sickened how Meteorologist can just smile and stand there “Reporting on the weather” as there are people’s lives being completely swept away in South America, Taxes, New Orleans, and other parts of the world and that’s suppose to makes it all better and make us feel safe, Bull SH*T. As a human being actually observing the world around me and not leaving it to other I have developed the ICB and NDEH Codes (Works in progress) and are a result of one CHILD’S outrage that has become a grandmother’s quest, for I began this journey at 5 years old and now at 50 with grandchildren, reading, researching, working, building, teaching others, is my life.  If one was to ask how did this journey start, I would say it started with Building Codes that lead to history, that lead to Constitutional Law, that lead to Contract Law, that lead to Natural Law and our “Inherent Natural Fights” as a Living Being and thereby Natures Rights. We all have a need to live, who do you believe will insure this? I couldn’t answer this question so I became the Answer to the question, for back in 1970 I didn’t see anyone’s outcry for all the death and decay in tornado alley or the Hawaiian Islands, or the oil spills to the north. As it is the Exxon Alaskan Oil Spill Victims’ on average just barley received their checks 6 years ago and most were written out to the amount of $0.00 for it was never about what was right, right by the people, right for the land, only the bottom dollar. Just like a Meteorologist and their pay check, the people are worth more in struggle not bliss, for when demand is high, prices can be razed to suit the “Market” not the People. We need to unweave the tapestry of deceit by overturning all case law that has removed any of these rights and weave back the tapestry of Natural Law of the land and its people, I am ready are you?

Equal and Unalienable Natural Rights means WHAT? And how does it pertains to the ICB & NDEH Codes

Let me open by saying, “The world, the land beneath our feet, cannot belong to any one person or corporation. How can we claim ownership to what we owe our living breath to, that we look to feed and nourish our body and soul, that does not need us to live, yet without our Planet and what if supplies we are nothing.” The Earth our Planet is by all rights the MOTHER of the Human Race.

As these words echo with in one’s mind, looking around, it seems as far as the eyes can see all whom were entrusted as Stewards of OUR beautiful planet we inhabit chose only to rape the land, poison the water, cut down the vegetation, and to needlessly kill the creatures & indigenous who’s only goal is to be obedient to the MOTHER (Earth) to please the FATHER/CREATOR.  At the same time, the civilized society in the name of the FATHER/CREATOR, kill what was created & entrusted to us with our lives all in the name of the FATHER/CREATOR and Profit (In more ways than one). Each calls out a different NAME. Yet it always remains the same, death, decay, destruction, and disrespect of every living thing in their path, even one another. All in the Name of the Father/Creator one destroys every unique and beautiful thing that was created. Truly we cannot continue in this manner, wrath or no wrath, our lives hang in the balance.

Seeing the people walk united yet the nation and the world is divided we see no progress.

Can we not unite the nation and the world’s people under the “Flag of Stewardship” and our “Inherent Natural Rights” to live with Sovereignty, Sustainability, and Unconditional Understanding and Respect?

Our Inherent Natural Rights are Basic Rights, and when you couple it with the Rights to life, land, liberty, property, prosperity, sovereignty, and happiness you have the truth of what FREEWILL means.

In earlier statements I have purposed “The Inherent Constitutional Building (ICB Code)” and its sub code, “Natural Disaster Environmental History Code (NDEH Code)”. After years researching Building Codes, History and Law to answer the question “Why our homes were no longer our shelters?” the answer to the question became BIGGER than the question. Building code reform became so much more then I had projected and encompassed more than intended.

 So before we go any further in regards to Building Code Reform let us understand what it encompasses and how they apply to the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and Everything Manmade, (Not just Structural Building Codes).

Truly if one creates something that cannot be safely returned back in to nature or recycled it is “Illegal and a danger to one’s “Inherent and Sovereign Rights”

What falls under the ICB and NDEH Code’s and why,

There is no need for an EPA or any sequestering if it is deemed a Violation of our “Natural Inherent Rights”, supersedes in any way our “Sovereignty” (FEMA, UN, Marshal Law, National Guard), removes our right to Pure and Clean food and water from our own “Right to Land & Property”, and without no fault of one’s own actions, be born of Toxins with disability, never to have the rights to “Property & Happiness”

So the ICB and NDEH Code’s cover all regulations dealing with the following, for all can hinder “Equal and Unalienable Natural Rights”:

1. Ecological, any product or byproduct that disrupts the natural order or contaminates a living organism, before, during and after production, construction, extraction, or destruction can and will endanger our Inherent Natural rights,

a. Synthetic Chemical Toxins poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms  

b. Mining/extraction/use of Uranium poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

c. Smoke Stack poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

d. Oil/ Gas Drilling poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

e. Fracking poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

f. Synthetic Chemical Drugs poison the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms (for it enters the community’s water table through human waste)

g. GMO’s first and foremost are KILLING organic seeds through cross pollination (Only to have the Organic farmer be sued for his crop being taunted by GMO flowers.), poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

h. Runoff, Slug, Waste Water poisons the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

i. Current Mining practices poison the air, water, soil, and living creatures and organisms

j. FDA (Artificial anything, Non Organics, Drugs, synthetics, GMO’s) have become no more than “The Snake Oil Man” which in the last 60 years allowed us to go from a 90% organic foods/medicine to only 10% organic and it cost 75% more. (Truly why are we suing all these individual companies when the common denominator is the FDA?)

k. Mineral and water rights to one’s own land should ALLWAYS BE ONE’S RIGHT (Who wants to buy the topsoil)

l. Construction carbon emissions from the board up/tear down/rebuild mentalities

      2. Environmental, BLM-Bureau of Land Management (Public LAND, Land of the PEOPLE), and privately owned land and or residency, any body of water, and the air we breathe.

a. Most present day Dams impede natures natural flow and the life it brings to the surrounding forest, (we have seen forest dying do to the lack of salmon being able to migrate and die in the lakes and streams)

b. Synthetic Chemical Toxins like fire retardant can be found in evert live creature and organism even as far north as North pole in the flush of Orcas, (ever plush toy and 90% of anything made of cloth has fire retardant embedded within)

c. The mining/extraction/use of Uranium is by all rights ageist the Natural Order (Maine Yankee 1 inch from meltdown in 1990, Hanford, Trinoble, and Fukushima are clear proof)

d. Over packaging coupled with our Dollar Store arrogance creates 55% of our garbage, waste vital resources

e. Fracking/Oil/Natural Gas Drilling and Pipelines encumber public and privately owned lands.

f. Logging for farm lands to feed a city built now on farm land is costing us more the clean air, undiscovered herbs/medicines/cures and never seen life forms it also cost us our future existence and our endangered Indigenous follow earthlings

g. Synthetic Chemical Drugs Side effect cause more harm than good to the people that take them and leak into the surrounding ground and water table.

h. GMO’s as with Uranium is by all rights ageist the Natural Order

i. Runoff, Slug, Waste Water

j. Current Mining practices leave the surrounding community and lands unapproachable and kill off the families it employs

k. EPA like the FDA is and was entrusted with our live and are the common thread to ALL our sickness/decay/death, for they would rather except cash for a crime that should be life imprisonment and a turnover of the company and all assets to the community it has disrupted

l. All Building Codes, carbon emissions from the board up/tear down/rebuild mentalities

l. Structural & Product, Building Materials, (That after a Natural disaster would create an ECO disaster or taint the environment or before, during and after production, construction, extraction, or destruction will harm the environment.)

3. Economical, one’s right to prosper, have access to food and water without being forced to pay for it for you are able to provide from your OWN LAND (water, food and mineral rights), and the right as a community to be an “Independent Provider” for one’s owns community without a Corporation Monopolies killing it’s “MOM & POP” shop.

a. Privatizing Public/Natural Resources

b. Corporation’s rights over the common citizen

c. Corporation’s power over Public land and Resources

d. BLM Lands/Public parks and land is under the jurisdiction of the people not the highest bidder or to be privatized for none public use.

e. Schools privatization only bring more burden to the taxpayer

f. Tariffs and outsourced jobs is killing domestic income, worker and union right

g. Slums/project housing

h. When FEMA/Red Cross/National Guard come to town there is a good bet your local economy is endanger and you’re Sovereign Rights.

i. USDA/FDA/EPA with all the payoff/buyout/fines paid still unaffectedly protect our lives and investments

j. SSI/Public Assistance entraps/degrade/and remove the community from the community (A person on SSI even though they can VOTE yet have no rights to prosper from that vote and in many cases force the individual to sell any and everything they have that may be construed as an asset (even Hobbies are under their scrutiny), where we should give all on aid over a year “Free patient searches and credit/business Counseling.”

k. Prison life is no life and does not serve the community at present day, Throughout history it has been proven time and again that remove the men from the community and it will fall.

l. Public Utilities should be Public not PRIVET or GOVERNMENT owned, if the community owned a Self-sufficient Structures would they need outward utilities that litter our environment and destroys the view of the land (Tourism Loss)

m. Building Codes

n. Domestic Jobs/Outsourcing

Note: All of this cost the Ruling Bodies and their people trillions of dollars a year when you take in to account Insurance cost across the board, whole communities being whipped off the face of the Earth, promissory notes ill conserved, taxes across the board to maintain a failing infrastructure, Local/State/Federal Litigation and Legislation time/cost better spent elsewhere, economical resources and more.  Inclosing, what good is it being a ruler if you have no one to rule or you have poisoned the hand that feeds you, truly we all must think start living for tomorrow and STOP living for today.

These list can vary easily be expanded on when considering your right to life, free of encumbrance from a Government, Religion, Privet Person, or Corporation, which is your “Inherent Natural Rights” to do so.

It is this writer’s opinion that the only LAWS that were to be WRITTEN, were one’s that protect you and your “Inherent Natural Rights” not regulate you and your way of life. I ask you how does ones rights to gather, get married, or be homeless, supersede our right to water from our own land, natural organic foods, and clean air & water.

People gathering to be heard, folks wanting to devote their lives to each other, and being down on your luck cannot endanger someone’s rights to “Life, land, liberty, property, prosperity, sovereignty, and happiness?” and therefore should not be considered law or against any law. Yet, to buy land and have no rights to what’s beneath your feet, to be force to buy from markets that sells food and drink with no true nourishment, and to have a child born Disabled through no fault of their own but due to the contaminated environment he or she was born in to is OKAY!

I say “NO”, as one thriving to be a “World Peoples Advocate and Ambassador of the Earth” I say “NO” again. For the United States, the people’s power (rule) stated shifting in 1793 at the hands of John Q. Adams (or for others it started when the Wig-Heads started backing the war after the “Townshend Act/Tea tax” of 1776, when the true upraise stared in 1733 with the “Molasses Act”). John Q. Adams argued and won a case in Georgia (Chisholm v. Georgia) that would close the Federal Courts (Protection) to suits instituted against a state by citizens of a foreign state. This one case also gave birth to the 11^th Amendment and the Neutrality Act. It was once said our Government main charge is “To protect and maintain individual rights” our “Inherent Natural Rights”

If all are to possess “Equal and Unalienable Natural Rights, among which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” then how can a Government or Religion allow GMO’s, the mining/extraction/use of Uranium, fracking/drilling in open water/strip mining, the making of plastics/synthetics, the sale/privatization of public land and resources, reverse government mortgages (For the government cannot own no land within the US boards that why they have Washington DC), or allow a corporation to have more rights then community it resides in or our living, breathing planet. As a thriving World Peoples Advocate and Ambassador of the Earth I believe we can bring this Downward Spiral to a halt, it would take Radical Code changes not laws and the overture of other laws that have removed our Equal and Unalienable Natural Rights, among which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Storm shelters should not have to be a way of life, one’s home is supposed to be their shelter not their COFFIN! Even the Great Creator knew better than to build square. I ask, can a State/Providence and it's Sovereign citizens find Happiness as long as Nuclear Power is a threat? Can Citizens prosper from the land and sea they worked before said disaster? Life is no more when you loose 16,000 do to your Inherent Natural Rights to live are washed away by nuclear wast water. Liberties are but a dream when you have no place to call home because a non living corporation has more Rights then the land under your feet which is a Live organism.

Logical Thinking in Architecture

It would stand to reason that folks of this here United States and the World would see the flaws in Architectural Design in our so-called industrial society. Yet in many ways have a blind trust in the local governing body to insure ones safety.  Truly though, let us look at the faces:

1. Natural Disasters are Natural so why are they a disaster? Building Codes?
2. Your home IS NOT your shelter, for you are forced to evacuate when nature calls.
3. Year after year folks are boarding up and/or rebuilding their community with no code change.
4. Think how much more you are paying every year for building supplies do to the “Business as usual” of board-up/tear down/rebuild mentality of the modern engineering & architectural communities.
5. There has been an outcry to reduce the strain on our Natural Resources, yet  each time a natural disaster strikes our Natural Resources are put to the test.

6. Insurance cost across the board have been on the rise over the last 30 yrs doto communities being wiped out by what comes from nature, “NATURES NATURAL FLOW”.
7. Then there is on average 300,000 people killed each year and 900,000 displaced due to the lack in structural design and its ability to be sustainability lasting structures.
8.What of the fact, that every time you are asked to evacuate your communities, you stand the chance that the Local or Federal Governing bodies could seize your land and you will never be allowed to return to your homes or communities.
9. When talking of sustainability and building green, if a structure is not sustainable in of itself is it truly sustainable or green when you must evacuate it tomorrow?

Folks say we live it the modern age yet we still build Byzantine, Roman, Gothic, cubical structure that have never and will never protect our highways, byways, communities, businesses, and homes. As it stands, all building codes fall under what is known as a Resistance Rating or R rating. This “R” rating interprets how well the structure and it components can resist the earth’s natural flow. The resistance to the “Load Bearing” force (R rating) of the natural elements and the earth is the building code way. Yet how can this truly lead to sustainability in our world when in reality we build to be in conflict with the natural elements and the earth by building to resist. The word itself means “To be in conflict or war with,” is this how the other creatures of our world live? Or do they build their homes to flow with nature and at the same time reek the benefits of nature’s natural flow.

Now, let us look at building codes and said materials for ways in which we can build to flow with the natures natural elements and the earth. In saying this, let us now consider a new form of rating system, a Flow Rating or “FR” rating. What is Flow Rating code all about? It is about designing “All New Structures” to flow with the natural elements of nature and the earth. Hence, we can start this first by retrofit any structure we can with a saddleback foundation system. For as long as the structure is tethered to the earth it will sarcoma to its movement by being pulled and twisted by the same earth it is tether to. Looking for an alternative we will look to the incredible eatable egg for an example, but not to eat. Hypothetically, thinking of an egg cut it in half on its side as a basement (attached to home) and also as a sub-basement (saddleback foundation system-attached, to earth), being properly counter balanced the structure would be free of the force of the earth to move and shift during an earthquake.

Also with the egg/oval let us think new home. With the egg or oval shape for a home or other structure we see that one can create a form of sustainable living. The outer part of the structure can be wrapped with water & solar collectors as well as having ways to harness the wind/air. This home can be ideal for all natural environments and the elements there in.

First level is to be filled in to the Second level for a year round yard & garden with miniature fruit trees and/or pond if one likes and here is where the bathroom should be. Third level is to be living room, dining room, kitchen, etc. The forth level is bedrooms and bathroom. All gray water piped in the outer walls down to second level garden area. If we can ultimately eliminate ALL external connections pips and wires the structure truly becomes sustainable & green way of life. As long as the home is hooked up in any way to gas, water or power the saddleback foundation system is the safest way to do so. Seeing that the home is to be cradled in a saddleback foundation, a quick release/shutoff valve system for these lines is the answer to gas leak/explosion, water leak/lack of water pressure, and down lines, & the shutdown of grids where services are still need.

Furthermore, this structure has the ability to be buoyant & tethered during floods (clean-out saddleback foundation system & reconnect), tornadoes cannot rip it apart & if it is equipped with foundation lock-down unit the structure would remain connected to the saddleback foundation (unless flood, where it can be released), with the tsunamis, nether the in-going & outgoing tide or the debris therein would be a real threat to the structure. Then with earthquakes this structural design can allow the earth to move freely under the structure so as not to have the structure crack or fail. This design can also be tailored to withstand armed threats all while providing a Sustainable green building that can be 100% free of outside means of survival. In saying this, think of this home in Alaska, this structure is ideal for the cold climate and being snowed in as well as the extreme heat zones for water loss.

On the corporate or business side of things and lost revenue, a service is still needed of upkeep to all equipment in the structure. There is no reason why these services could not be mandated the soul responsibility of the utility companies and at the same time they can profit from the runoff or overload of each unit. The utility companies’ chance of making even more money than they are now is inevitable.

In closing, when looking for a true sustainable future in architecture, we need to look to NATURE for the answers. An egg was just one example of nature’s way to live safe from the elements, you can also look at all the types of sea shells for another good example. Let us put SHELTER back in to the meaning of HOME for your home should be your shelter. Evacuation is not the answer to the preservation of our communities.

  NO NO NO! This is just another Eco Disaster waiting to happen! THIS IS NOT BUILDING TO FLOW WITH NATURE for it kills nature like the Wind Turbine. How does building codes pertain to this issue, you ask. Natural disaster what?

Truly I cannot be the only one that realizes that lack of BUILDING CODES and BUILDING CODE REFORM is creating natural disasters and killing thousands every year. Natural disasters don’t kill as many people as building codes do!

Think, if natural disasters are natural then why are they a disaster? Have you ever thought about the fact that your homes are no longer your shelter? Instead you live under nothing more than an umbrella of a structure. Furthermore, every structure is designed to be “AT WAR WITH NATURE”. What do I mean by this, well, all your doors, windows, walls, roof for example are design to RESIST nature (weather resistant). If you look up this word “Resist” it means War or Conflict. Now if we started to find ways in which a structure is designed to FLOW with nature would we see the same devastation we see today?
